Qty.
MWH135 VERY HARD 135 CO° HIGH ACETONE Qty.
MWH135 (Quickstick 135) is a crystal clear wax. High hardness and strength make it ideal for diamond wheel cutting, wire saw cutting, abrasive slurry cutting, ultrasonic cutting, lapping and polishing, etc. Widely used with semiconductor, optical material, ceramics and metals with small contact area. Soluble in acetone and methylene chloride, but resists most other common solvents. 350 Gram/pkg. .5" x .5" x 3.5" long (12.5 x 12.5 x 90mm)
MWS052 SOFT 52 CO° MODERATE PERCHLORETHYLENE Qty.
MWS052 is a tan colored wax, which is translucent on thin films. Softness makes it most useful with abrasive slurry cutting of materials. Best suited to non-pourous surfaces such as glass or polished metal with a reasonably large area. Easily soluable in a variety of solvents. 100 Grams/1 stick, 1" x 1" x 7.5" long (25 x 25 x 190mm)
MWM070 MODERATE 70 CO° MODERATE WARM SOAPY WATER Qty.
MWM070 is a quartz type sticky, orange colored wax (translucent in thin films) used to hold crystals or other materials while they are being sliced, lapped or polished. Moderate hardness and strength make it useful for bonding small samples in diamond wheel sawing and wire sawing operations. Widely used for holding semiconductors, optical materials, ceramics and metals with medium to large contact areas. Chemical resistant. 100 Gram/pkg. - .25 dia. x 4" long (6mm dia. x 100mm)
MWH080 HARD 80 CO° HIGH ETHANOL,
ACETONE
Qty.
MWH080 is an amber colored wax, which is translucent in thin films. High hardness makes it ideal for sawing, ultrasonic cutting and lapping & polishing operations. Best suited to vitreous materials, polished metal surfaces, semiconductors and piezoelectric materials with large contacted areas. Chemical resistant. 100 Gram/pkg. .5" x .5" x 7" long (12.5 x 12.5 x 175mm)
MWM100 MODERATE 100 CO° MODERATE HYDROCARBON SOLVENTS Qty.
MWM100 Black Wax is designed for use as a masking material in jet polishing applications. As it is chemically inert, it is resistant to etching solutions such as hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid and acetic acid. While it is resistant to many acids, it can be easily removed with hydrocarbon or chlorinated solvents. 100 Gram/pkg. (4-25 gram sticks)
